Early Foundations in Business & Law
Craig received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Emory University and earned his law degree from The George Washington University School of Law. While his early career included experience in litigation and business development, it also laid the foundation for a broader understanding of strategic risk management, organizational structure, and large-scale claim resolution systems.

Strategic Development & the NFL concussion Class Action
Craig played a role in the strategic development efforts related to what ultimately became known as the NFL Concussion Class Action and Claim Resolution Program. Working personally on behalf of 1,400 retired players and on behalf of the entire class, he helped contribute to the success of the action’s final approval and resolution process.
This period provided Craig with unique exposure to the operational complexities facing professional athletes — particularly in relation to institutional systems, representation frameworks, and long-term economic impact.
Founder of NIXLE — Early Public Safety Technology Infrastructure
In 2008, Craig founded NIXLE, Inc., a San Francisco-based technology company that pioneered secure, geographically targeted communication infrastructure for public safety agencies.
NIXLE continues to provide law enforcement, emergency services, national security organizations, and educational institutions with secure interoperability tools that allow for real-time communication with the public across mobile devices and online platforms. At a time when public communication systems were fragmented, NIXLE created one of the earliest scalable, location-based digital alert systems.
Under Craig’s leadership as President and Chief Executive Officer, the company grew into a nationally recognized public safety technology platform that is now used by over 8,000 + agencies throughout the United States.
The infrastructure developed through NIXLE has since been credited with supporting emergency communications and public information distribution during critical incidents, natural disasters, and security events.
